How do I access the Apache FTP Server?
In order to access the Apache FTP server you need to have a valid User Name and Password. The User Name and Password can be obtained by contactting your salesperson.
To begin, first launch your FTP Client software or click on the Upload button to the right. Client software asks for three pieces of information: an FTP address, a User Name and a Password. Apache's FTP address is:
ftp.apacheprint.com
If you are connecting via your web browser and
the button to the right then you only require your User Name and Password. The User Name and password are different for every user. Enter the
your unique User Name and Password and click
on "Connect".
NOTE: the User Name and Password are case sensitive. Unless otherwise specified, all the User Names and Passwords we issue are lowercase. Once connected, you should see a folder with your name on it. Double click on this folder. You can now upload to this folder by dragging a file to it.
Do I need special software?
No. You may upload by clicking on the button to the left or you may upload from your computer via FTP client software that you may have. FTP client software can be easily downloaded. Select the appropriate FTP Client software below.
